SkyRanger History

The SkyRanger was designed in the early '90s in France by Phillipe Prevot. The design has been tested by a leading aeronautical school in France. Like all good designs, it is deceptively simple, yet very strong.

Of the 600 SkyRanger's in France, the majority have 2 stroke engines. The SkyRanger has proved its pedigree in national and international competitions Europe, with top pilots such as Paul Dewhurst (UK) and Phillipe Zen (France) choosing to fly the SkyRanger, with considerable success.
The SkyRanger is also an excellent trainer. It is stable and predictable in the stall and at low speeds, making it an ideal aircraft for novices.

Despite its docile handling characteristics, the SkyRanger has sufficient speed, range, and carrying capacity to make it enjoyable for experienced pilots.
